The system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with an intuitive touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). It allows precise adjustment and control of gas pressure and water flow rate. The equipment monitors the real-time working status of each water heater under test, automatically detects abnormal flame failure, triggers an alarm, and ensures operational safety.

Independent Operation: Each test station has independent start/stop and parameter setting, with no interference between stations.

Robust Construction: Main frame uses aluminum profile with stainless steel cladding. Each station includes a 1.7-1.8m high mounting hook. Single station width is 0.8m. The water tank is a U-shaped structure made of 304 stainless steel.

Adjustable Utilities: The 6 stations are divided into 3 groups. Each group has independent water and gas pressure regulating valves to achieve required test pressures.
