Advantages of X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer:

1. High analysis speed. The measurement time is related to the measurement precision, but it is generally very short, with all elements in a sample typically measured within 2 to 5 minutes.
2. The X-ray fluorescence spectrum is independent of the chemical bonding state of the sample and is largely unaffected by its physical state, whether it is solid, powder, liquid, crystalline, or amorphous. (Gases sealed in containers can also be analyzed.) However, in high-resolution precise measurements, phenomena such as wavelength shifts can be observed. This effect is particularly pronounced in the soft X-ray range. Wavelength shifts are used for the determination of chemical potential.
3. Non-destructive analysis. During measurement, there is no alteration in the chemical state of the sample, and there is no sample scattering. The same sample can be measured multiple times with good reproducibility of results.
4. X-ray fluorescence analysis is a physical analytical method, enabling the analysis of elements within the same chemical group.
