It can test various types of thyristors (KP, KK, KA, KS) and thyristor modules for parameters such as VDS, VRS, VDRM, VRRM, IDS, IRS, IDRM, IRRM, as well as rectifier diodes (ZP, ZK) for parameters including VRS, VRRM, IRS, IRRM. The circuit design is concise and streamlined, using a microcontroller for control.
