Gas Hose Air Tightness Test Bench

This test bench is mainly used for the water immersion air tightness test of gas appliance hoses, corrugated pipes, connecting fittings, etc.

1. Pressure Range

0-1.2Mpa, with an accuracy class of 1.6.

2. Specimen Specifications

DN10-DN32, compatible with 12 types of conventional connection sizes.

3. Specimen Length

0-2000mm.

4. Air Tightness Stations

3 stations with dual pressure ranges: low pressure (0-0.6Mpa) and high pressure (0.6-1.2Mpa).

5. Specimen Air Supply Range

Adjustable from 0 to 1.2MPa.

6. Equipment Power and Utilities

• Power Supply: Approximately 220V, 1KW.
• Water Inlet: 1/2 inch; Drainage: 1 inch.
• Air Inlet: 0-0.1Mpa, φ6 air pipe (to be provided by the customer).

8. Intelligent Control and Connectivity

Equipped with an intelligent touch screen, supporting 4G or WiFi wireless communication. This enables remote debugging and monitoring via mobile phones. Additionally, through penetration functionality, remote monitoring and uploading/downloading of PLC programs are possible, facilitating equipment upgrades and maintenance, improving repair efficiency, and reducing maintenance costs.
